Description

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day distribution center activities, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and exceeding customer expectations. You will oversee a multi-level team, handle inventory management, process improvement, safety, quality, and cost optimization to support the production of rockets and spacecraft.

Requirements

• Advanced degree + 3 years exp OR bachelor's + 5 years exp OR 9+ years exp in material/production planning, purchasing, distribution operations, or supply chain
• Organized and self-driven with ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional environment
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, or automotive manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer timecards, scheduling, reviews, supply ordering, mentoring, and training
• Develop strategy, business metrics, and goals for distribution and storage centers
• Manage a multi-level team across 5 shifts, including performance assessment and conflict resolution
• Ensure safe work environment with zero OSHA recordables annually
• Drive process improvement projects to maintain year-over-year rates
