Description

You will own the hands-on build and daily operation of the TraceGains platform, configuring suppliers and items, organizing documentation, managing workflows, and ensuring data integrity across the system. This role sits within the Supply Chain Operations team and supports supplier onboarding, ingredient specification management, and cross-functional visibility.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and self-driven
  • Experience with vendor management systems (TraceGains preferred)
  • Ability to manage data migration and cleansing from spreadsheets or legacy tools
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations and documentation management

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration of the TraceGains vendor management platform
  • Set up and maintain supplier profiles, item records, specifications, and documentation workflows
  • Initiate supplier onboarding, communicate documentation requirements, and track submission status
  • Upload, organize, and maintain supplier documentation with version control and expiration tracking
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on onboarding progress and documentation gaps
