Description
You will own the roadmap and champion standards to ensure AI experiences in Spring Health's products are safe and trustworthy. You'll shape the definition of 'safe and effective AI' by leading model evaluation, operational approval gates, and safety measurement, collaborating with engineering, data science, legal, and clinical teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with ML/AI systems focus
- Strong ML fluency: model lifecycles, performance metrics, failure modes, validation methods
- Experience defining goals and specs for model evaluation, red teaming, or risk mitigation
- Strong cross-functional communication and alignment skills
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex problems in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Own roadmap for AI Trust Safety pod
- Define strategy to leverage data for AI system performance improvement
- Shape and evangelize standards for safe and effective AI
- Define operational approval gates for AI features before production deployment
- Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to scope technical work for AI safety trust
