💼 About This Role

You'll join our Order Management group to drive data-driven insights through KPIs, dashboards, and analysis for enterprise software operations. Your work will directly improve contract lifecycle management and order-to-cash processes. This hybrid role offers flexibility with 3 days remote per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement KPIs for Order Management strategic objectives
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Translate business requirements into system specifications

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business/Data Analyst in SaaS or billing
• Strong skills in Power BI or similar and advanced Excel
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
• Understanding of SaaS billing models and Order-to-Cash

• Experience with contract lifecycle management
• Familiarity with enterprise software environments
• Fluency in English and global stakeholder collaboration
