💼 About This Role

You'll design and commission test systems for Terran R's primary structures, managing a team of test engineers. Your work will directly impact the scalability and efficiency of production testing campaigns. This role offers end-to-end ownership of test assets and close collaboration with design and manufacturing teams to build the blueprint for scaled launch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and commission new test assets and systems
• Manage a team of test engineers across Vehicle Integration and Test
• Author and optimize test sequences and procedures
• Analyze data to evaluate assembly performance and disposition discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in complex test systems
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals in fluid, thermal, mechanical, and electrical
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety standards and common test hazards

• Experience in a fast-paced, lean environment
• Familiarity with industry test standards like SMC-S-016, MIL-STD-1540D, MIL-STD-810G
• Knowledge of launch vehicle components such as valves and regulators
