💼 About This Role

You'll lead a lean team building AI agents for millions of users, leveraging ShopBack's first-party data. You will be 80% builder, shipping hands-on. This is a high-velocity special projects team** reporting directly to the CPO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build first versions of AI agents
• Move from ideation to working prototype in days
• Design multi-agent AI solutions using LangChain, LLMs
• Work with data teams to fine-tune AI agents with proprietary data

📋 Requirements

• AI-native experience with LLMs and RAG architectures
• Full-stack capability from Python backend to Flutter UI
• Proven track record of shipping AI products with user impact

• Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks
• Background in e-commerce or rewards platforms
