💼 About This Role

You'll own the driver onboarding experience end-to-end, managing an onboarding center and ensuring smooth training and credentialing. Your work will directly shape early driver performance and operational efficiency. You'll coordinate test drives and support new drivers in their first weeks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the driver onboarding center.
• Ensure drivers complete onboarding and understand company policies.
• Hire drivers into internal systems and manage credentials.
• Schedule and oversee driver test drives.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in startups, operations, logistics, HR, or onboarding.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
