Description

You will execute and continuously improve training initiatives for the clonoSEQ Field Sales team, including content creation, LMS administration, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate and compliant training materials. You will also support EMR-related training and facilitate virtual and in-person sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years related experience, or master's degree plus 3 years
• Minimum 3 years in highly regulated scientific field
• Experience administering an LMS
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Strong team player and self-starter
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Passion for healthcare and technology

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and maintain sales training materials
• Manage MLR review cycles
• Own content management process
• Execute end-to-end training session logistics
• Manage production and administration of training sessions
• Develop and manage systems to track attendance and completion
• Administer LMS including user access, course setup, content deployment
• Monitor and report on training metrics
• Develop and maintain EMR-related training materials
• Coordinate training updates in response to EMR updates
• Serve as primary training point of contact for EMR
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support conferences and internal meetings
