๐ผ About This Role
You'll deliver exceptional customer service in a distributed environment, supporting internal Elastic partners. You'll be the first point of contact for issue resolution, manage onboarding, and maintain office IT infrastructure. This role works from the Austin office 5 days per week.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for issue resolution
- Onboard new employees end-to-end
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops and office equipment
- Manage hardware and software inventory
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in macOS and Windows operating systems
- Experience with G-Suite, Okta, ServiceNow, Slack, and Atlassian
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and IP addressing
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with device management platforms like JAMF, Intune, and Meraki
- Knowledge of IT compliance and change management concepts
- Experience with multicultural and geographically distributed teams
