You'll deliver exceptional customer service in a distributed environment, supporting internal Elastic partners. You'll be the first point of contact for issue resolution, manage onboarding, and maintain office IT infrastructure. This role works from the Austin office 5 days per week.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as first point of contact for issue resolution
  • Onboard new employees end-to-end
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops and office equipment
  • Manage hardware and software inventory

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience in corporate environment
  • Proficiency in macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with G-Suite, Okta, ServiceNow, Slack, and Atlassian
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and IP addressing

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with device management platforms like JAMF, Intune, and Meraki
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and change management concepts
  • Experience with multicultural and geographically distributed teams
