Description

As a Manager of Renewals Management at Airtable, you will lead a team of Corporate Renewal Managers to drive customer retention and optimize the renewal lifecycle. You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Legal to maximize revenue retention and identify expansion opportunities. This is a chance to shape a renewals function in a high-growth SaaS environment, implementing best-in-class processes while mentoring your team.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years leading or managing Renewals or Post-Sales teams
  • 4+ years in Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, or other quota-carrying Post-Sales function in Enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams focused on retention and expansion
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with experience closing complex agreements
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, BizTech, and Legal for customer retention

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Renewal Managers with coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Own and optimize renewals process for efficiency, predictability, and alignment with customer retention strategies
  • Develop programmatic corporate renewals management with segmentation for dedicated versus automated workflows
  • Drive accountability for renewal targets and maintain accurate rolling 90-day forecasts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Legal for seamless negotiations and favorable outcomes
