You'll lead a team of 8 engineers in the Search & Recommendations squad within Back Market's Customer Journey Tribe. You'll mentor engineers, drive delivery, and foster a collaborative culture while staying hands-on. This role offers the chance to impact a mission-driven marketplace that reduces e-waste.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers.
• Collaborate with product and other tribes on company objectives.
• Ensure development of people through coaching and mentoring.
• Work in a build-it-run-it agile environment.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Background as an individual contributor in software engineering.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Django, VueJs.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience in finance or payment systems.
• Proven experience in search & recommendation topics.
