💼 About This Role

You'll manage agent recruitment and oversee distribution for Wave in Mali, ensuring a well-trained and compliant agent network. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and train agents through a team of agent openers.
• Ensure agent compliance with legal and policy requirements.
• Collaborate with BTL team for branding and equipment.
• Monitor cash and float availability at agent locations.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in French and good command of Bambara and Songhaï.
• 2+ years of relevant experience managing an agent network in Mali.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing field-based teams.

• Experience with financial services or mobile money.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Tech-savvy with Excel and onboarding tools.
