You'll build and lead a new engineering team at Develop Health, a fast-growing healthcare AI startup. 60% hands-on coding and managing AI-augmented workflows to accelerate patient access to medications. You'll report to the CTO and shape engineering culture as we scale past 20 engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead a new engineering team from scratch
• Ship production code in Python and React+TypeScript
• Define AI-augmented engineering workflows across the org
• Partner with CTO and product to scope engineering work

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
• Production experience with Python and TypeScript
• Experience with AI coding tools and agent workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or health-tech
• Prior startup or founding-team experience
• Track record of implementing AI-powered developer tooling
