You'll support recruitment consultants as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at a dynamic scale-up. You'll handle candidate outreach, interviews, and client coordination, making a real impact on people's careers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Calling and enthusing interested candidates
• Conducting job interviews and advising candidates
• Contacting clients to schedule introduction meetings
• Planning and preparing job interviews

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in HBO or WO education
• Available 24 hours per week at office in Rotterdam
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
