You'll provide hands-on maintenance support across multiple communities, completing work orders and assisting with apartment turns. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete work orders and assist with apartment turns.
• Provide coverage at properties with staffing gaps or absences.
• Support preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Assist with special projects and capital improvements.

📋 Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• Experience completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
• Valid Driver's License

• CPO certification
• Experience supporting multiple communities in a regional role
