💼 About This Role

You'll work as a team member supporting the VA's EHR deployment and training project, deploying, imaging, and setting up equipment around the VA medical center campus and offsite training centers. Your core impact is ensuring each computer has the most current image and is ready for training use. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact federal project with a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy, image, and set up PCs, laptops, and peripherals
• Unbox, configure, and re-pack hardware for shipment
• Verify each computer has the most current VA image and is available for security scans
• Configure network connectivity and install peripherals in training rooms

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience in imaging and installing computer equipment
• Must be able to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must have personal transportation available during work hours
• HS diploma or GED and 8 years experience, or bachelor's degree in IT/CS/EE/IS and 1 year experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system a plus
• Experience with VA Public Trust clearance
• Experience as IT helpdesk Tier 1 or 2
