Description
You will drive sales of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors in the Boston territory, building key relationships and executing a strategic business plan to grow utilization. This field sales role reports to a Regional Manager and involves managing the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting and attending industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years outside field sales in healthcare, calling on providers in geographic territory
- Demonstrated successful sales track record and understanding of buyer types
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Effective time management with ability to assess and prioritize opportunity
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Increasing utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
- Identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Prospecting new business and maintaining key relationships
- Creating and implementing a strategic business plan for territory growth
- Managing full sales lifecycle including lead generation and attending tradeshows
