💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as an Auto Painter, priming and painting vehicles in our high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll ensure top-quality finishes using state-of-the-art tools. Outstanding benefits include 100% company-paid healthcare premiums and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting
• Buff, touch-up, mix paint, and use airbrush
• Work mandatory overtime when business needs require

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience with water-based paint systems
