You'll design user experiences for financial products at XP Inc., one of Brazil's largest independent financial institutions. Your work will impact millions of active clients across banking, investments, and platform experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer voice into product design aligned with business goals
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform design decisions
• Design flows and prototypes using the company's Design System
• Define and track experience metrics (CSAT, conversion, adoption)

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer
• Experience applying user testing and research
• Knowledge of design methodologies like Design Thinking or Double Diamond
• Experience with Design Systems

• Familiarity with AI tools applied to product design
• Experience in Service Design
• Knowledge of agile ceremonies and data-driven processes
