💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise-tier accounts at Emburse, an AI-powered travel and expense platform. Your core impact will drive implementation excellence and team development across complex, multi-workstream projects. You'll own delivery economics and partner with sales on scoping.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation lifecycle for Enterprise-tier accounts
• Coach team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers
• Enforce structured project plans and milestone governance
• Own delivery margins and P&L contributions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in professional services or consulting in enterprise B2B SaaS
• 5+ years in dedicated leadership or people management role
• Experience with multi-workstream enterprise software implementations
• Proven experience with P&L ownership or delivery margin accountability

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of corporate card programs and expense policy
• Knowledge of ERP connectors (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Experience with GDS environments (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
