💼 About This Role

You'll work with Maintenance Sales Managers to prepare customer quotes and proposals at Western Aircraft. You'll assist in increasing sales and gross profit by generating accurate proposals and coordinating with sales teams. Maintain aircraft status records and ensure timely handoff between departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate proposals through Corridor and upload to Salesforce.com
• Assemble MRO work packages based on customer profile and maintenance tools
• Update aircraft status and opportunity records in Salesforce.com
• Research and cost parts, labor, engineering, and outside services

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years corporate aircraft maintenance experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM tool or ability to learn
• Working knowledge of Corridor maintenance tracking system
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree preferred
• A&P Certification preferred
• 3 years sales proposal writing experience
