💼 About This Role

You'll originate, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions while partnering with investment sales agents to secure staple financing opportunities. Your core impact will be developing relationships with developers and owners to source debt and equity from capital sources including banks and CMBS lenders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions
• Partner with investment sales agents to pitch business and secure financing opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, owners, and referral sources
• Prescreen and qualify transactions prior to underwriting and marketing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of capital markets experience with brokerage, investment bank, or principal
• Proven track record of originating and structuring commercial real estate debt and equity
• Ability to successfully transfer key relationships to the company
