• Define ideal candidate profiles and guide the sourcing team.
• Conduct end-to-end interviews for roles from entry-level to executive.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in agency, RPO, or managed staffing.
• Expert at hiring across multiple industries and functions.
• Proven stakeholder management balancing CSM and market realities.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews for diverse roles.
