- Manage renewals, cross-sell, and upsell for 20-25 strategic accounts
- Identify and close expansion opportunities using account planning
- Build relationships with C-suite executives as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams for retention
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years SaaS sales and account management experience
- Quota-carrying role with retention and expansion success
- Strategic account planning and value-based selling to C-suite
- Salesforce proficiency for pipeline and revenue tracking

- German language skills
