🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Rebate Data Control Specialists
• Manage full lifecycle of rebate incentive programs
• Oversee accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Deliver insights through analysis, forecasting, and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years in rebate, program, or financial management
• Leadership experience managing teams
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, TrackMax, etc.)
