You'll serve as an ambassador for patients seeking reproductive health services at Planned Parenthood. You'll ensure accurate patient data entry and verify insurance eligibility. This role requires travel across the Central Coast from Thousand Oaks to San Luis Obispo.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with professional and friendly demeanor
• Verify patient insurance and eligibility for funding sources
• Enter accurate patient data into Practice Management System
• Assess client payer eligibility and health plan authorizations

📋 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to relate to diverse communities
• Must be able to travel within PPCCC geographic area
