You'll lead merchant and partnership strategies to drive monetization and growth across European markets, collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you'll manage partnerships end-to-end and build scalable frameworks for revenue-sharing and incentives. This fully remote position offers strong visibility and impact in a high-growth digital ecosystem.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute partnership and merchant growth strategies.
- Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic agreements.
- Build scalable monetization frameworks and revenue-sharing models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch and optimize partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs related to partnerships and merchant performance.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years experience in Strategy, Partnerships, or Corporate Development.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of partnership economics and revenue-share models.
- Excellent strategic thinking with operational execution skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or marketplace environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills.
