You'll lead merchant and partnership strategies to drive monetization and growth across European markets, collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you'll manage partnerships end-to-end and build scalable frameworks for revenue-sharing and incentives. This fully remote position offers strong visibility and impact in a high-growth digital ecosystem.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute partnership and merchant growth strategies.
  • Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic agreements.
  • Build scalable monetization frameworks and revenue-sharing models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch and optimize partnerships.
  • Monitor KPIs related to partnerships and merchant performance.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Strategy, Partnerships, or Corporate Development.
  • Proven ability to manage partnerships end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of partnership economics and revenue-share models.
  • Excellent strategic thinking with operational execution skills.

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or marketplace environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills.
