💼 About This Role

You'll join Riot Games' Global Content Services team to manage financial data for esports live events and production projects. You'll partner with producers and vendors to ensure accurate budget tracking and cost reporting. This is a 6-month contract supporting major international tournaments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain forecasting, tracking, and reporting of production budgets
• Track and categorize invoices using production chart of accounts
• Create and distribute cost and financial reports
• Set up vendors and manage purchase orders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production accounting or finance experience
• Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Experience with media budgeting software (e.g., Movie Magic, MediaWeb, Showbiz)
• Handle confidential information with discretion

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years of experience in production accounting/finance
• Former experience as a line producer
• Experience in payroll and labor laws
