  • Drive client engagement across virtual meetings, in-person sessions, and email.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing education programs.
  • Monitor client usage data to identify adoption gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to support renewals.

  • 2โ€“4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships and drive customer outcomes.
  • Experience working with data to guide decisions and track engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
