You'll drive client engagement and platform adoption for an AI-driven SaaS platform delivering market intelligence solutions to enterprise clients. You'll partner with Sales and Account Management to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and value realization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive client engagement across virtual meetings, in-person sessions, and email.
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing education programs.
- Monitor client usage data to identify adoption gaps and recommend solutions.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to support renewals.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships and drive customer outcomes.
- Experience working with data to guide decisions and track engagement.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
