Description

You will design and scale the foundational backend systems for a conversational AI banking platform, building modular microservices, event-driven architectures, and robust data models. You'll ensure high availability and performance while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience building complex, scalable technical products
• Deep expertise in at least one backend language
• Experience with distributed systems, low-latency applications, and microservices
• Proven track record with real-time interactions (web sockets, long-polling)
• Well-versed in both NoSQL and relational databases

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize scalable microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs for conversational AI platform
• Implement event-driven workflows using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS
• Design data models for SQL and NoSQL databases with performance optimization
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Drive CI/CD adoption, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code
