💼 About This Role

You'll provide play-filled ABA therapy to children with autism in 1:1 settings. Your work directly impacts their behavioral and communication growth. You'll receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and communication skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay client progress

📋 Requirements

• 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, stand, run
• Obtain RBT or CBT certification within 60 days

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
