Description

You will provide in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the West Palm Beach area, helping them restore strength, balance, and mobility. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume, and supportive team. Evaluate patients, develop treatment goals, implement rehabilitation programs, and educate families.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards
