🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to customer locations for installation, repair, and calibration.
• Conduct field diagnostics and perform root cause analysis.

• Maintain service logs and support on-call rotation.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a field service, robotics, or hardware support role.
• Ability to travel 30–50% of the time.
• Proficiency with Linux terminal, remote troubleshooting, and shell scripting.
• Strong hands-on skills with mechanical/electrical components.

• Experience with autonomous systems or mobile robots.
• Familiarity with Python, ROS, or similar scripting/robotics platforms.
• Experience configuring WiFi or embedded systems.
