📋 Requirements

• Experience in video editing and design in a B2C context
• Strong portfolio showing editing (short-form) and design work
• Prior remote work experience with US/UK-based companies
• Fluency with remote tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana

• Experience creating paid social ad creatives (Meta/TikTok/YouTube)
• Basic motion graphics skills (kinetic text, transitions)
