As a KEEN Garage Retail Sales Associate, you will be the front face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and product expertise while embodying the KEEN Factor. Your role involves listening to customer needs, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring every fan leaves with a positive experience.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge

• Provide exceptional customer service with a fan-first approach
• Facilitate post-purchase product resolution and warranties
