You'll supervise construction projects for a vertically integrated real estate firm in greater Los Angeles. You'll ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality completion while overseeing subcontractors and maintaining safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and implement construction program and job site logistics.
• Supervise subcontractors and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and permit tracking.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and prepare progress reports.

📋 Requirements

• 8 years field experience in construction.
• 4 years as a Superintendent.
• Experience in mixed-use, office, retail, or multi-family new construction.
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management software.

✨ Nice to Have

• College degree in a related field.
• Experience with base building requirements in lease work letters.
• Advanced knowledge of building codes.
