You'll redesign the client servicing model for a creative data platform, building a scalable, product-led CS motion from scratch. You'll bridge CS and product by synthesizing client feedback into roadmap priorities and drive retention and expansion tied to creative data impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Audit and redesign all CS processes and playbooks
  • Establish scalable client tiering and onboarding workflows
  • Synthesize client feedback into prioritized product roadmap input
  • Own net revenue retention and expansion targets

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS platform
  • 3+ years in a CS leadership role
  • Track record of building or rebuilding CS processes in high-growth
  • Experience with enterprise client relationships at Fortune 500 companies

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Background in adtech, martech, or creative intelligence
  • Familiarity with creative performance measurement frameworks
  • Experience at a Series Bโ€“D company transitioning from founder-led to process-led CS
