You'll design meta systems for a multiplayer survival shooter, shaping social features, onboarding, and progression. Your work will drive long-term engagement and support LiveOps and monetization initiatives. This role offers relocation support to Cyprus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design meta systems for social features, onboarding, and progression.
• Rework and improve core gameplay mechanics.
• Plan and support LiveOps events, passes, and offers.
• Configure game content in Unity and run A/B tests.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Game Design experience in mid-core/hardcore mobile games.
• Strong experience designing complex game systems.
• Experience running the full LiveOps loop with measurable KPIs.
• Proven work in cross-functional teams including dev and art.

• Experience with shooter genre.
• Russian C1 level.
