💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of canvassers generating leads for Renewal by Andersen through door-to-door campaigning. You'll drive appointments that fuel sales growth in the Brainerd area. This role offers uncapped commission plus base pay with earning potential over $80k in year one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory.
• Record accurate data on house-to-house information and tracking.
• Attend company meetings and communicate improvement ideas.
• Master company methodology, product, and promotional offerings.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years experience.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Age 18+ to be covered under company driving insurance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to walk 3-5 miles daily.
