• Greet and verify residents, guests, and visitors at the gatehouse.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious activity.

• Coordinate access for moves and deliveries according to policy.

📋 Requirements

• Customer service experience: 1 year.
• Security experience: 1 year.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
