Description

You will supervise a team of field nurses, conduct supervisory visits, lead and mentor staff, facilitate new hire orientation and training, and coordinate in-services for field staff. You'll ensure clients receive compassionate, reliable care while growing your career in a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience
• 1+ years of Home Health experience required
• 2 years of Oasis experience preferred
• Acute, med/surg, or sub-acute experience
• Supervisory experience a plus
