• Build and ship scalable AI agents in production
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle end-to-end
• Partner with enterprise customers to solve business challenges
• Prototype new tools and features to evolve the platform

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
• Builder mindset with high agency and creative problem-solving
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Founder or founding engineer background
• Familiarity with agent tooling (eval frameworks, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, or Go
