You'll assist the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll help build brand loyalty and achieve financial targets. You'll operate as Manager on Duty and represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team
• Supervise opening/closing, task delegation, and scheduling
• Control store money including register counts and deposits
• Analyze inventory trends and manage stock levels

📋 Requirements

• 1 year retail/customer service in high-paced environment
• 1 year retail supervisory experience
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
