Description

Join the Data Platform team to design and implement systems for ingesting, storing, and managing large-scale autonomy data. You will improve data availability and lifecycle management while balancing performance and cost.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency in GoLang or Python.
• General knowledge of backend systems: networking, load balancing, API gateways, gRPC.
• AWS experience including S3 and DynamoDB in production.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of internal products to simplify data retention.
• Improve log data availability, discoverability, and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Design efficient AV log storage patterns balancing performance and affordability.
• Drive system efficiency by improving data hygiene and cost efficiency.
• Support software engineers across teams and collaborate with stakeholders on OKRs.
