You'll architect a world-class HR landscape for applike group, a fast-growing tech scale-up, acting as an AI and Automation Champion. You'll lead high-impact strategic initiatives from global salary systems to HRIS evolution, driving efficiency with no-code solutions. This role fuels international growth by automating manual admin and transforming complex global operations into a scalable engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale HR infrastructure including payroll and compensation structures globally.
• Implement automated workflows using no-code tools like Zapier.
• Lead tech selection, vetting, and rollout of new HR tools.
• Own strategic projects such as establishing global salary bands.

📋 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, HR, or related analytical field.
• 3-5+ years improving HR process efficiency in a fast-paced international environment.
• Breadth over depth understanding of full employee lifecycle including HRIS and global payroll.
• Experience with AI and no-code tools to automate manual processes.
