As a Community Manager, you will lead all aspects of community operations, including financial performance, leasing success, vendor partnerships, and resident satisfaction. You will guide your team through development and daily support to ensure consistent performance, strong occupancy, and a thriving community environment.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family, highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting
• Oversee move-outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain curb appeal and quality
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
