📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years process improvement or operations experience in healthcare.
• At least 3 years leadership with direct team management.
• Experience supporting care management or utilization management operations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Clinical background or healthcare licensure (RN, LCSW).
• Experience with QuickBase or similar workflow tools.
• Knowledge of CMS and NCQA standards.
