π― What You'll Do
- Lead strategic planning for process improvement in clinical health services.
- Align workflows between Clinical Health Services, IT, and Operations.
- Guide teams in prioritizing and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Drive end-to-end process mapping, redesign, and standardization.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years process improvement or operations experience in healthcare.
- At least 3 years leadership with direct team management.
- Experience supporting care management or utilization management operations.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Clinical background or healthcare licensure (RN, LCSW).
- Experience with QuickBase or similar workflow tools.
- Knowledge of CMS and NCQA standards.
