🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team engineering programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and risk registers.
• Track and report program health, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
• Facilitate program-level forums to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing across engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years delivering complex technical programs in large-scale organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and modern SDLC/DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leaders.
