You'll own the end-to-end employee lifecycle at a fast-growing mobile app company that has reached 80 million users worldwide. You'll drive recruitment excellence and employer branding strategies to attract and engage top talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
• Lead end-to-end hiring processes for selected roles
• Design and execute employer branding strategies
• Create engaging content for careers page and LinkedIn

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Turkish and English (C1+)
• Hands-on experience managing recruitment pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Passion for employer branding and content creation
