Description

You will lead discovery programs in cancer immunology, driving the identification and validation of novel immuno-oncology targets and modalities. You'll oversee scientific integration across discovery and translational teams, mentor a multidisciplinary group of scientists, and collaborate with external partners to advance the company's pipeline.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in immunology, cancer biology, or related discipline with deep expertise in tumor immunology
• Demonstrated track record of excellence in research with high-impact publications
• Industry experience in oncology drug discovery and development, including antibody-directed therapies
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Cancer Immunology discovery programs from project qualification through Development Candidate nomination
• Drive identification and validation of novel immuno-oncology targets
• Oversee development of experimental platforms including in vitro and in vivo models
• Provide strategic oversight of scientific integration across Discovery and Translational Cancer Immunology
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of PhD and non-PhD scientists
